2007 Season

We are proud to announce that Feed the Herd Theatre Company has earned a place in the inaugural year the 3-Legged Dog artist residency program at their multi-million dollar multimedia performance and media center in Lower Manhattan. This will give us a platform to create our largest and most ambitious project yet.

During the residency we will be developing our multimedia spectacle Doppelganger, by Simon Heath. Modern disillusionment and psychic rebirth drive the narrative about two normal people navigating an increasingly fragmented world. The residency will allow us eight weeks to setup shop in a brand new fully-equipped theatre and to develop and explore all of Doppelganger's multimedia needs. Another terrific aspect of the residency is that we will have the knowledge and resources of 3-Legged Dog's technical staff, who have become the innovators of creating and presenting digital performances.

The residency will begin at the end of May and culminate in performances throughout July, so we hope to see you then. Until July, we are fundraising to pay for our production cost, which include actor and designer fees, as well as all basic space costs. By having the ability to pay our artists, we will be to have full concentration on creating a new and exciting multifaceted theatrical experience the you deserve, and that we love to supply. We hope you can help.
